Steve Gulotta

Steve Gulotta leads P4L Realty with more than two decades of real estate market knowledge and expertise, including leadership roles in New Home Sales, Luxury New Home Sales/Construction, General Real Estate, Sales Management and Sales Training. 

Prior to his career in real estate, Steve was involved in the Aviation Industry and Federal Law Enforcement and brought that experience into P4L’s successful business model: Discipline, commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and unsurpassed client service.

In addition to being an active Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Community Association Manager, Steve holds designations from the National Association of Realtors as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS),  and Military Relocation Professional (MRP); and has earned several certifications including New Home Co-Broker (NHCB), Florida State Energy Rater, and Certified Green Professional.

Committed to staying current, Steve has expertise in the green building industry and is a certified Florida State Energy Rater and Green Professional. Steve and P4L Realty have served clients in many communities, including Encore Resort at Reunion in Orlando, The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, Margaritaville Cottages Orlando, Spectrum Resort Orlando, ChampionsGate, and Storey Lake.

Peter Curtis, General Manager

Peter Curtis

Peter has served on both the operations side and now the real estate side as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Peter previously served as General Manager for The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, Eagle Trace Resort Orlando, and Spectrum Resort Orlando. He has held positions in Beach Operations, Marketing, Sales, MOD, Kids Club, Spa, Fitness, and Food and Beverage. Peter has won top awards at three different companies, including the Hilton, Disney, and the Ritz-Carlton.

Peter started on the Disney College Program in 1994 and worked with Disney in many capacities until 2000, including Sports Competition Manager at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. After that, he went to work for the Ritz Carlton Hotel company and Marriott. After six years with the Ritz-Carlton, he worked for the Breakers in Palm Beach. He then started working for the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton and held Food and Beverage positions all over the company.

Peter left Hospitality for three years, working as the General Manager of CLEAR at Orlando International Airport. In 2019, he joined NDM Hospitality as the opening GM of Food and Beverage for Island H2O Water Park.

Originally from Boston — a.k.a. Bean Town, and it’s wicked awesome — Peter has three brothers and is an identical twin (“Yep, two of me to remember!”) He is outgoing and a Boston sports fanatic. Give him a sport,  and he’ll learn and excel in it over a few months. Humor is how Peter lives his life. He is married to and spoiled by his wonderful wife, and has a son who is his “mini me,” but is 6 feet tall, as well as a stepson.

Michelle has a multicultural background — born in Brazil and raised in Argentina, Michelle speaks English, Spanish, and is conversational in Portuguese. With her background as a Guest Services Ambassador and the experience she obtained from managing the Front Desk at Encore Resort, she possesses unparalleled knowledge of Encore Resort and the surrounding area.

Fueled by her family’s long, multifaceted history in Real Estate, Michelle is able to provide her customers with sound advice by combining her hospitality experience, market knowledge, and the invaluable industry traits she learned from her family. Michelle believes that building relationships and establishing trust is foremost when assisting customers with their Real Estate needs.
